Job Details

Develop a business plan for the area to open branches, conduct area surveys and open branches. Co-ordinate with Admin & HR.The scope of the job covers business of 12 branches & 60,000+ customers.Overall responsibility for quality business of assigned branches & new branches to be opened in the designated area.Set goals for customer & business growth (disbursement & loan outstanding) of new branches & CRS and monitor them monthly.Maintain complete information of competition operating in the area.Monitor the collection of each branch on a day to day basis, follow-up over dues immediately first through CRMs and then personally or the Program Manager. Hard Core over dues (90 days+) with the assistance of Fraud Control.Co-ordinate with Parinaam to extend microfinance + programs for the customers.Ensure branch statutory audit compliance on all cash related transactions and registers maintenanceFinancialPrepare budget for new financial year for the branches in co-ordination with the CRMs & Distribution Manager.Responsible for the profitability and customer portfolio quality of the branches & the area.PeopleResponsible for recruitment, training, development, performance management, communication, motivation/mentoring & retention of the entire branch team in co-ordination with HR Department.Conduct the reference check of the branch staff.Set annual goals for all the CRMs and conduct quarterly performance evaluation.Ensure direct person to person contact with all staff on a monthly basis.Hold monthly meeting with each branch with the CRM & staff on a one basis to review monthly performance for each CRS & branch and set goals for the next month.Monitoring & ControlDevelop a method of monitoring branch & field level processes implementation as outlined in the Field Manual and Policy Memorandums are strictly adhered.Co-ordinate with Audit Department on audits of branches and fraud control measuresBranch & Field Operations ManagementHands-on management of the branch & field operations. This would involve direct interaction with customers at GRTs, Centre Meetings & Centre leader meetings. Executed with intelligent planning based on the MIS received of the branch & field level operations.Review MIS & get feed back from staff & customers every month and set tasks for them to supervise these centres directly and report & manage customer & field discipline issues.Oversee all the GRTs in the Area and ensure that it is conducted independently.Organize customer leader meets & training.securityAssist the DM in coordinating with Admin/ fraud control department on any fraud/ branch break ins/ branch destruction etc., and ensure follow up and resolution of casesAssist the DM in maintaining the physical security of staff, branch and cashTime ManagementOn a broad basis the time distribution would be 50%-Field & Customers, 30%- Branch & 20%- Reporting & interaction with H.O. etc.InterfaceEstablish & manage relationship with local government authorities & police in the local area.
