Sales promotion activities for increased future business tapping potential opportunities. 4. Training of sales team and dealer sales staff.5. Competition monitoring & analysis pricing & market share, product information, network coverage. 6. Effective management of field sales 7. Retention of manpower at dealership8. Effective cost management.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
