For candidates who have experience in Sales Capability function as an trainer with FMCG/ Beverages companies. Prior experience of similar role where on-the-job training was given to front-end sales personnel (Distributor salesmen/TSI/ CFA salesman etc.) will be very useful and hence preferred. Communication & people management skills These are must have for the role as a lot of the job requirement is daily training and coaching through demonstration. Need to assess past experience of handling people development situations and imparting training & coaching. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Impart Britannia Sales Capability function On-the-Job Coaching of AW Salesmen and TSI/ PSMs- in Urban & Rural Geographies- by following the basics of Coaching through demonstration & examples. The core role requires 22 days of in-market AWSM and TSI training both in the morning gate meeting; on the Job with BIL TSI as well as in the evening at AW point as a classroom session. 40% weightage 2. Develop functional skills of front-end sales team Focus on EDGE- attendance; bills productivity; Lines Sold; LPB; range selling; 7 steps calls process Coach AWSM and TSI/PSM on the 7 Step Sales Call Process Planning the beat & outlet; Open the Call; Outlet Stock check; Persuasion & Objection handling; Closing the call; Merchandizing & Admin. Candidate needs to display understanding of these sales-functional skill sets. 30% weightage 3. Assist in Regional Sales Excellence priorities The resource needs to closely work with the Britannia Regional Sales Excellence Officer/Executive to successfully execute core Sales Excellence job of 30% weightage a. Conducting Cluster trainings for TSI/PSM As per Gurukul model b. AWSM training calendar by morning & evening gate meeting coaching & training using standard tools- followed by train the trainer- to ensure TSIs can conduct follow-ups c. Roll-out of PDA/Hand-helds Ability to understand the PDA tool and provide on job coaching to AWSM in-market to use these devices ( training support will be provided from IT & Udaan as well) d. Connecting all training collateral & material such as dealer books; brochures, pamphlets; retailer briefers; AWSM kits etc. 4. Role requires travel across a PJP- for upto 15-20 days in a month- so flexibility to travel will be essential- no physical issues with the same. 5. Also any new initiatives driven by corporate office for Sales Capability building this position will be responsible for the same .
