Job Details

Ensure implementation of Sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the area within allocated accountsContinuously monitor competitor activities, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trendsMonitor the performance of distributor within the area. Identify issue and take action to deal with themAchieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Companies productsReach out to new set of customers through expansion into new geographies and new market segmentPropose sales promotion plan/schemes to the sales head and successfully implement sales support activities to generate and close new leadsImplement contact management strategies and regular meetings with distributorsDesign and implement specific sales activities ensure right mix of sales focus on equity, and high margin debt schemesRecruiting competent sales people for his teamFocus on all round development of sales team by training, continuously motivating, rewarding their performances and deal firmly with non-performances
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
