Job Details

Organize and controlarea salesstaff to ensure that they are trained to meet all salestargets. Monitor the performance ofsales staff and to take necessary actions to ensure thatsales targets are met.Monitor and control the budget for the areato ensure that all financial targets are met and are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements. Maintain an awareness of developments insales techniques and technology.Monitor the salesperformance of competitors to ensure that the Company maintains its competitive position. Should be able to handle receiving, administrating, ordering , rotation of stock.Cultivation of new saleschannels as well as management and support of existing channels. Will be able to handle network expansion.Awareness of brand building. Devisesales strategy for short and long term objectives.Monthly training to be imparted to all the distributor salesperson.
Degree: M.Sc. (Science)

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
