Key Responsibility Drive delivery of assigned sales target. Recruit and Support team members.Developing and maintaining the relationship with the channel partners Conduct meeting to review performance, address common problems & Concerns, encourage communication and relay for team goal.Review weekly performances of team, to identify weakness and strengths. Implement lead & activity systemMotivate them by providing support Drive delivery of assigned territories sales targets.Managing & driving the direct reporting Team on delivery of sales volume Managing the effective flow of leads, ensuring the timely meeting & healthy closure rateCreate & manage the Lead sources for Business development. Strengthen the relationship & regular focus on developing the top of lead funnel to sustain & grow business unit Conduct meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information address common problems and concerns encourage communication, and rally team to achieve goals.Meet on weekly basis to review performance against budget and targets Motivate by providing support, recognize sales team who perform well, and arranging team-building activitiesHandle channel conflicts arising between distribution channels Business Objectives Drive sales in the assigned territory in line with the Channels objective and visionMaximize assigned territory results by a combination of sales target achievement and expense managements. Conduct regular sales activitiesMaintain high quality of sales by ensuring no leakages and customer complaints Keep up-to-date with market developments, Company policies, procedures, sales process and legislation and disseminate to teamCustomer Relationship Management Provide need based solutions to our customersRegularly engage with customer to maintain high persistency and to create opportunities for cross sell/up sell Meet desired customer satisfaction scores as captured in customer feedback regularly and incorporate the inputs to improve the sale processTraining Identify the training needs of sales team time to time and coordinate with training team to improve the skills of the team members. Lead Management Use Lead management System effectively for regular flow of leads to sales team, and ensure timely meeting with customer & healthy closure rate Create & manage the Lead sources for Business development. Strengthen the Customer relationship & regular focus on developing the top of lead funnel to sustain & grow business.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
