Job DescriptionReporting to the Region Head, the key accountabilities will beTo develop strategies plans for the teamSet monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for self and the TeamAchievement & monitor progress of Redistribution value and volume targets for various locationsThe Successful ApplicantMBA in Sales & Marketing with 3-7 years' experience of working in a Sales role. Experience of handling multiple locations in a FMCG set up is preferable. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities coupled with ability to deal with unplanned challenges, work through obstacles and make sound decisions. Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines is a mustMonitor on the target achievement of the TSO'sTo monitor supply and demand according to the targetsEnsure product availability at all relevant channels through the distributor's to match the targetsEnsure continuous development of the assigned area and addition of new outletsRegular interactions to develop strong business relationship with retail partners, Distributors & end CustomersTo maintain record for adequate placement, replenishment and implementation of Sales with the distributers and partnersEnsure the proper and correct execution of sales, discount and trading terms determined by the companyMonitor and minimize the level of Bad goods returnsEnsure distributor's efficient and effective support for the market coverageTo handle customer complaints on day to day basis.Lead coaching and training of TSO and ensure quality training (In-field ) for all of distributor resale organization belonging to the territoryResponsible for managing performance and executing rewards and recognition programs in the territory career management of all employees in his territoryAdd forecasting in Supply DemandDelivering Sales Fundamentals (Distribution and Visibility) for the territoryEnsure superior execution of initiatives in territory as per TMT guidelinesExecute Distributor Expansion / coverage Plan as Per as per guidelines of the Project teamMake Strong Join Business Plans with the Distributor, executes & follows-up in his/her territory
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
