Submit territory wise quarterly forecast and review monthly sales closing Work with Support function like Marketing team, Medical affairs, SFEto implement plansto drive Baxter Anesthesia products sales Ensure apt customer coverageby the team through joint working with every KAMin all the territories every month (minimum 5 days with each KAM) Develop pipeline of prospective customers/ key accounts with Scientific engagement plan across the area and collaborate with colleagues for cross area participation Responsible for compiling and submission ofsecondary data for focus products & distributors. Achieve monthlyobjectives & monitor team implementation of Call planningin SFE. Implement product campaigns through the team & evaluate the success on monthly basis on execution, effective utilization of promotion tools etc. Distributor ManagementReview template of every distributor in the territory by 4th of every month. Maintain ASPs and have close control on the product discounts & its achievement. New employee induction & product training completion (co-ordinate with the training managerfor product training.) Talent developmentSubmission of appraisal on time, develop IDP and its execution
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
