Below mentioned are the job detailsBuilding and maintaining relationships within assigned intermediary ofBangalore and Karnataka to thoroughly understand their strategy, culture, personalities, customer base and decision making and ensure they fully understand companys propositions. Close monitoring of the business generated.Develop, agree and maintain a yearly account plan for each allocated intermediary to achieve sales strategy and targets.Manage the effective delivery of account plans and/or winning of new business, involving marketing, sales, operations, claims and underwriting colleagues, to ensure company achieves the required service and performance.Liaoning with themfor effective timely resolution of grievances.Comply with the required standards of sales excellence and best practice and operating effectiveness and efficiency, and Group, legal and regulatory requirements.Identify opportunities, Product & Process Fitmentand Achieves Organizational goals & objectives.Constant interaction with theteam to spot the problem areas&deal with them proactively.Driving his/her team of off role guys for productivity and groom them for next level.Act as an interface between producer andthe organization Supporting & training the team members on the business knowledge.In-charge of overall P&L of his/her partner including tracking of combined ratios.
