Job Details

Achieve sales objectives as discussed and agreed upon with RSM on a month wise, customer wise and brand wise basis.- Ensure proper coverage of the market on a regular basis as per agreed PJP.- Ensure close working with distributor sales teams.- Ensure all market commitments are fulfilled in a timely manner.- Proper and regular reporting on a weekly basis to the Regional Sales Manager.- Ensure regular feedback on competitive activity in the market place.- Constantly seek opportunities to develop new customers and channels.- Keep a track of customer wise sales on a monthly basis for all brands.- Ensure proper follow up and implementation of all promotion programs.- Maintain and grow relationships with all accounts in the area.INTERNAL- Reports to the Regional Sales Manager - West- Regular update meeting with the Trade Marketing Manager & RSM.- Good working relationship with the other teams, in particular the Marketing, Finance & HR.EXTERNAL- Develop relationships with customers and monitor their performance on a monthly basis.- Develop strong relationships with the local wines and spirits trade associations.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
