Formulating sales targets, demand forecasting, sales budget achievement & managing inventory pipeline, ensuring ready availability of products/services as per the market demand. Business Development Exploring potential business avenues & managing marketing and sales operations for achieving increased business growth & enhancing products sales. Team Management/Merchandising Management Recruiting, training & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets from given resources Handling Distributors for primary Sales and Retailers for Secondary Sales. Strategic analysis of market factors and competitor activity to formulate strategies for the product and revenue forecast. Monitoring stock and credit control in the market. Formulation and implementation of annual targets in line with the board guidance. Preparing monthly sales progressive and market reports to the head office. Drive revenue through new distributor acquisition in Uttarakhand. Follow feedback mechanism & counseling of Distributors whenever required. Responsible for managing the overall distributor relationship Understand, analyze and create Client needs, and offer services accordingly.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
