EMS caters to design , contract manufacture critical parts for such companies helping them to deliver volumes and large range of models worldwide.Our client is a business house of technocrats who brought EMS industry to India. In 2006 they were the large EMS and exporting company till they sold their company to large US EMS company. Other Group companies are into Electronics Manufacturing,Defense Equipment Manufacturing,Turnkey,Communications Solutions, Software and IT enabled Services, BPO, Engineering Design Consulting and Manufacturing of Remote Monitoring Products and ServicesToday again they are the one of the largest player with manufacturing operations in Chennai with 1000 workers and 250 Cr revernue. It is 100% EOU. The revenue of the company had grown from 25 cr to 250 cr in last five years.Company is poised to grow to 1000 cr in next five years.The company is professionally managed and currently designs and manufactures antennas ,RFID magnetic products and other components. But it has capabilities to design complex electronic components for range of industries including electronics, automobile , instruments , defence and other products where electronic plays a part which is more or less in any industry these days.It has a proven sales force in USA , however markets other than USA is developed out of India. ResponsibilitiesCustomer identification, customer acquisition and negotiation along with customer relationship management are the Key responsibility .To interface with the supporting department to inspire ongoing improvements in order booking, product quality, delivery by prioritizing requirements, building solutions that make customer to buy. Enhancing relationship with customers, improve profitability.To ensure Customer relationship management by addressing to customer complaints, foresee customer requirements / needsUnderstand EMS ProductsCandidate ProfileB.E. Electronics back ground Knowledge in product sales OEMsYou need to have minimum7 years of Experience in sales and Markeitng Strong understanding of EMS Industry and local market.
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
