Work with surgeons and clinical professionals to sell a complete line of high quality, state-of-the-art hip, knee and other othopaedic products.Develop and implement sales strategies, provide on-call service to existing customers and establish/maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing customersMeet or exceed territory sales objectives for each product category and in target accounts; meet or exceed territory market share objectives.Maintain expert knowledge in orthopaedic products, competitive product and current market; participate in continuing education programs.Provide in service training and other customer education in support of new product launches and in an effort to increase clinical knowledge of existing products/programs.Establish, develop and maintain field contact with key orthopaedic surgeons, hospital staff and personnel at target teaching hospitals with an emphasis on residents in OrthopaedicsMaintain close relationship with business partners, and proactively identify and capture new business opportunitiesProvide channel feedback on product features and functions, trends, program needs, customer outreach programs and eventsAssist product managers on field projects to include test markets, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.Build and maintain a high level of enthusiasm for the Company Orthopaedic products within assigned areaResponsible for field inventory and Sales samples as assigned.Maintain written and oral communication with National / Regional Sales Manager with regard to sales calls made, follow-up required, market potential and recommendations at to new sales, pricing, or promotional strategy.Desired Candidate ProfileDemonstrated biomechanical aptitude, with 2 to 7 years of successful sales experience in the orthopaedic device industryMust have strong client, industry and sector relationships should, a very strong connect with orthopaedics as well as hospitals in the areaMust have a seasoned understanding of the orthopaedic devices marketplace, industry, competitive and account informationMust have the ability and experience to team with business partners to serve the clientDynamic, assertive individual with technical-oriented leadership ability and well-developed presentation skillsExceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsWilling to travel extensively in the assigned territory
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant)

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
