Job BriefWe are looking for a well experience Area Sales Manager to promote the Safety & Security products like Analog & IP based CCTV Surveillance System / Fire Alarm System / Attendance & Access Control System / ID Card Solution / Boom Barriers / Gate Automation System/ Video Door Phone with & without memory / Keypad & Digital Door Locking System / CD, Paper Shredders / Security Solutions / Multi Car Parking System / Conference Room Solutions / Road Safety Products / Mobile & IPAD Based Home Automation Products etc..,Key areas of ResponsibilitiesThe person must have 5 years experience on any one of the above mentioned products.To develop a Vertical Market and Key Accounts strategy over the assigned territory.To build up new business from our competitors by building relationships with their key customers.To provide support to customers and branch network in order to meet the Company objectives in Sales, Profit and Service Quality.TechnicalTo have a working technical knowledge of any one of the above mentioned products and the ability to sell and promote the Company and its products.To be aware of new innovations in the market through technical training on a regular basis and attending product seminars.Ensure regular contact with the Technical support team; involving them in tenders, site visits & quotations.SalesTo deliver accurate forecast and achieved agreed financial area targets on a monthly basis.To develop, maintain and improve standards of service to actual customer base and new customers.Gaining a clear understanding of customers business and requirements.Direct management and business development plan to be establish with Key clients.To meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators with regard to Sales Activity, Target Accounts, Sales and Profit, Growth Strategies, CRM and market transparency.Skills RequiredExcellent communication in both English and Tamil additional language will give an added advantage. 5 years hand on experience is must any one of the above mentioned products.Ability in multi-task effectively in a target driven and demanding environment.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately to ensure customer facing time is maximized.Target focused, motivated, optimistic, positive and professional.Must be proactive and flexible to customer and company demand.Excellent opening, negotiating and closing skills.The good performer will get attractive incentives which are best in the market and they can move out to next level in their career.Interested candidate can mail your resume to / can directly walk-in to the below mentioned address.
