Responsible for building, managing& leading a sales team with business growth for the assigned RegionGrow sales/market share in LED through retail lighting channels.Sourcing new sales leads.Assist in developing/implementing market plan.Training & Development of Sales teamDevelop the new Lighting Sales Channels (Specially for trade LED) by himself &coordinate with sales executives within the regionLeading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations.Planning & Co-coordinating the work schedule for sales team to achieve the goals & targetsInteracting closely with architects, consultants & electrical contractors to promote our products & to increase the market shareEnabling business growth by developing & managing a network of channel partners, identifying & networking with financially reliable distributors/channel partners to achieve deeper market penetration.Maintaining Customer friendly interaction with the Intending authorities & top line executives in production, planning, quality, finance, maintenance & other departments.Preparation of quotes, Business Correspondence, Technical write-ups & detailed Management information systems.Responsible for achieving sales targets & timely execution of the projects, billing & collection for the region.Visiting target / key market clients for studying requirements & making detailed proposal & highlighting the core benefits of the products.Close coordination with the Marketing Services, Quotation, & Engineering groups is maintained with respect to customer deliveries, requirements, & specifications.Secures & transmits competitor information as to price, product activity to Supervisor for appropriate action, & establishes & maintains program to review & evaluate sales results to assure objectives & forecast are met.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
