Job Description Execute Sales & Distribution strategies of Value Products in the region so as to deliver Sales Volume and Market Share To develop profitable business and grow existing base by selecting, coaching, training the team Role Execute plans in his area/ region to - deliver annual volume within budgeted costs. - achieve distribution/ in store execution objective. - Hub management - BTL plan execution - to drive Urban & Rural Agenda - organization capability building Develop capable and motivated Sales Team to successfully drive the Value agenda. Ensure Execution of the plans, through his CEs in his territory to deliver growth, Geographic Penetration and Spread, Capability building/People Management / Coaching the team Put systems to track competition. Build competition intelligence and maintain the record on ongoing basis.Responsibilities Set clear and deliver objectives of Value Org. that are consistent with Region and CE Territory goals with each member of the territory team Identification and appointment of Super Stockists Recognize market forces and trends very quickly and bring in the necessary level of dynamism to execute the AOP. Achieve volume targets (Month wise/Qtr wise breakup) Review progress versus objectives at weekly meetings and take corrective action as appropriate Aligning team on sell in plans and implementing execution parameters
Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce)

Experience: 7-10
