Plan seasonal store layouts effectively.Lead and support the VMs in their region to deliver layout grid. Use commercial information for decision making, proportionality, space management & sales.Access key business information e.g. sales information, store and company best sellers, weekly selling & marketing news and identify potential sales opportunities. To have a good understanding of the brand customer profile and how it may differ slightly between stores.Use your knowledge and understanding of styling and visualising to support brand segmentation. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of equipment and ensure its correct usage. Understand and manage the dcor process including its ordering, printing and correct implementation. Regularly review the competition, feedback and take action on the results to drive sales.Identify development needs and coach VM to deliver a high level of visual merchandising on brand. Role model great standards of service to customers and ensure that your team does the same. Communicate clearly and maintain good networking links with GM, Buying, Marketing, and Store Design & Retail Teams, both within the Account and with the UK based International TeamsPlan and manage new store openings and their modernizations. Manage 3rd party contractors and know when/how to escalate where necessary. Manage all budgets effectively props bought at the store, petty cash.Demonstrate sound judgment in making decisions through probing and exploring possible solutions. Role model good leadership qualities when managing and communicating with your VM.Ensure corporate initiatives are implemented by VM Team effectively (i.e. Plan A). Ensure VM Checklist is adhered by VMExecution of marketing initiatives in the stores.Liaise with the VM and Store Managers every day for updates on VM processes/requirements/people. Provide updated floor plans if equipment is moved out of its gridAdapt and implement VM seasonal policies.Can direct a workforce to reach daily targets.Can identify red risk stores and implement visual structure its highest calibre to drive sales forwardNeeds to be forward thinking constantly and sometimes needs to think outside of the box. Should be a fashion graduateMin experience of 4yrs into VM Should have good understanding of Fashion and StylingWilling to TravelShould have zeal to go that extra mile Preferably male candidateShould have handled multiple stores
