Accountable for Business generation from Corporates and Direct sales, accountable for business numbers/ targets set by the management. Explore and empanel new corporates for business generation. Responsible for hiring, training & development of on roll and off roll sales team to achieve targeted numbers. Planning of activities across staff both on-rolls and off-rolls with corporates and directly. End to End lead management, manpower Productivity management. PDD collection and updation. Daily reporting, maintaining TAT for decision of the case and disbursement TAT for speedy disbursement. Managing relationship with Corporates and team.To motivate, plan, organize and generate additional business through various activities. Liaise with dealers for vehicles for display activities, send out corporate offers to potential corporates, empanelment of vendors to conduct activities at corporates. TW Finance Sales thru corporates and direct salesQuality Business generation/ Target achievement/ Portfolio management and maintain desired conversion for Web & Tele leads and direct and salaried sourcing penetration. Accountable to develop a business plan and sales strategy with the sales team along with the region for corporate tie-ups & DST activities that ensures achievement of stipulated targets / goals and profitability.New Corporate tie-upsEmpanel new corporates for tie-ups & service them for their TW financing requirementsEnd to End Lead ManagementResponsible to track the lead generation by the sales team thru field activities, Leads Generated from Web Tie-ups, Telesales leads, maintain the stipulated turnaround times for all leads and meet benchmark conversions, analyse lead losses and drop outs.Relationship ManagementNeeds to maintain sound relationships with regional sales team/ Corporates /Web Channels/ vendors / Collection agencies to extract maximum for business growthCollections of Due RevenuesFEMI/NS casesTraining/Performance & developmentConducts one-on-one review with all CSM/DMAs to build more effective lead management processes, understand training and development needs of each team member, and to provide insight for the improvement of CSM/DMA s Lead management / overall sales/ activity performance.Initiates and coordinate development of action plans to increase business penetration.Adhere to company Policies/ Procedures/ Business Ethics1. Maintains accurate records of all sales, and daily activity reports submitted by DMAs & CSM s in the area2.
