Job Details

Managing and leading a team of TMs directly and DSRs indirectly. Ensure top class execution of the business priorities decided from time to time. Recruit and retain and expand a team of DSRs.Effective distributor management- bring strong distributor selection, appointment, management and motivational expertise into team. To be hands on in ensuring smooth business. To support national manager with real time market intelligence and help formulate relevant market development tactics. Budgeted Sales To continusly engage with his team and deliver the budgeted business..Key Activities(Critical activities of the job)To quickly learn and upgrade personal application expertise. To actively seek knowledge and push upwards/ sideways for learning opportunities.To be hands on. Develop team on application knowledge, selling skills and customer management skills. To actively support in field in times of need.To build strong and long term business infrastructure- both distributors and DSRs. To relook and realign the distribution set up keeping business and distributor interests. Engage the distributors on continuous basis. To ensure company- distributor relations remain at the healthiest. Strive to be the last frontier for resolution of distributor issues.To be personally accountable for key customers, maintain personal connect and lead business growth there.Coordinate with temping agency to recruit the suitable sec sales force team. Ensure no gaps due to people non availability. Ensure people trained effectively and made productive ASAP.Motivate and engage team of TMs and DSRs to deliver consistent growth of secondary sales through various business growth strategies.To ensure the activities planned are executed to desired result and to be personally accountable for execution excellence.To be personally accountable for primary numbers.To ensure implementation of SNAP at all distributors.Work closely with national manager, giving feedback and taking inputs on augmenting the capabilities of sales team on distributor and DSR management.Ability to do intensive market work along with TM/DSR. Identify gaps, give solutions or liaison internally to get required solutions given to identify. Ensure on time and accurate forecast for area to ensure smooth stock availability.To proactively escalate issues and push for solution.Aspiration to grow and willing to develop self and take inputs from others for personal development.
