As aSales Manager, Your Key Responsibilities include,To create and run a team of efficient distribution in a city as per business plan drawn in the beginning of the year.To identify key channel for sales and ensuring effective distribution in those channels through a team of Sales Executives.To run direct distribution depots controlling costs, ensuring cash management systems, stock planning and stock rotation as per norms.To deliver budgeted revenue and bottom lineGetting key customers for our products and effective launch of new products in marketEnsuring sales process is followed by every team member and recruiting and Managing TeamEffectively using data (Bizom/ERP) for customer growth planning, customer relationship evaluation and team management.General Management of local regulatory needs supported through corporate Legal ManagerStock planning and new product introductionSales Growth and ensuring same customer growthGetting more shelf space / attention of consumersGetting execution right through the team as per standards fixedAdvanced Knowledge of excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables) etcWorking knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etcHas had prior FMCG/F&B sales experienceCan motivate team members Someone who is enthu, driven, and is a general unit of excitement and positivityShould know Telugu.Should be able to managea team of 20-25 Executives for General Trade sales
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
