Job duties include but are not limited to Monitor and Drive Monthly Volume and Revenue Targets Operational Excellence1. Deliver Sales and Distribution Targets 2. Timely and correct distributor claim submission3. Monitor and drive distributor Expansion/ Service/ Efficiency 4. Build Relations with Category or Key Account Managers.5. Increase the Width and Depth of Distribution translating into Revenues. 6. Optimize channel partners return and ensure mutually healthy returns.7. To constantly identify and create new market opportunities. 8. To develop and implement innovative ways to go to market.9. Credit Control Strategy and Marketing Initiatives 1. Responsible for Defining and developing Region Channel strategy (Annual Business Plans).2. Leveraging Business Developing activities in Key Accounts 3. Driving Visibility Initiatives and exploring branding initiatives at store (Key Accounts and A Class Outlets). MIS and Administration1. Maintaining sales Database and ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting. 2. Preparation and settlement of claims, Provisions etc. Special Assignment Responsibilities1. Handles all new project introductions, plans and validates implementation and budgeting 2. Oversees all activities of distribution3. Driving S & D effectiveness Team & People Management Responsibilities 1. Coach and develop team and follows up performance against agreed goals.2. Trains and mentors Area Manager on ASM standards through shops visits. 3. High level coaching to team members.4. Responsible for Reviewing, Providing Directions and Motivate team for better productivity. 5. To provide the team with Coaching, Feedback, Training and stretching responsibilities to develop their capabilities. Administrative Responsibilities1. Communicates via email on day to day queries from KDD management. 2. Communicates performance, progress and plans to line manger3. Produces and share performance reports and plans with KDD management 4. To ensure compliance with regulations of local authorities etc5. To immediately diffuse issues that may arise from inspections/penalties General Responsibilities 1. Performs any duty assigned by the line2. Processes any cross training as mandated by the line 3. Alternates for colleagues when requested by the management
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
