To analyse the market share in your area , both industry wise and product wise2 To forecast on sales budget with retention of existing business and new business acquisition3 To conceive and develop business strategies to improve sales in your areaB Receivables1 To keep a track record of Credit given in the market and update all the concerned departments for the same2 To ensure timely collection of receivables of your area3 Regular reconciliations of the receivables C Team Management1 Constant persuasion of training and development of Sales officer and any other staff as and when required2 Launching of sales motivation scheme as and when required3 Performance evaluation of sales team in coordination with reporting managerD Customer Orientation1 Regular review with customer in regard to service performance and business growth2 Clearing all issues of Service Agreements with distributors, stockist and S.O.P. based on customer needs1 To prepare a detailed analysis report month wise on the sales generated in your area and reporting to National Head/ Regional Sales
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
