To provide high quality personal and administrative assistance to the Management team and in support of the wider Assurance Operations team.Your primary responsibilitiesCalendar/Diary management - Schedule meetings, Set reminders, Calendar all flight/accommodation details, maintain the list of regular calls, Send the agenda for team calls, block calendar while on travel and on vacation, monitor invite statusMailbox Management - Manage & respond to emailsTravel/ Accommodation arrangement - Book flights and hotel at least 2 weeks prior to the travel date. Check the passenger in before 24hrs and send the boarding pass. Prepare a detailed itinerary for the travel with all emergency contact numbers. Assist stake holders in visa application processingExpense Submission - Submit expense report through gT&E. All corporate Amex card expenses are submitted and claimed through gT&EDocumentation - Prepare power points presentations with the help of creative services teamMinutes of Meeting - Record action items during meetings and circulate the same with the participantsWorkshop or Area visit Plan - Provide assistance in organizing the workshops/area visits by handling the logistics of the meeting, accommodation, travel, food, etc.GT&E Support - Provide administrative support in filling out the gT&E timesheets and expenseTraining Management Provide support in setting up trainings by sending out invites, enabling cut-off point for training sessions, issuing confirmations and/or offering alternative datesOutline Tool Management Updating and managing in-house and third party tools like Interaction FRBT, EY Leads, Global NextGen, Service now, Lynda.com, Global English etc.Data Processing/Trasncription Management Data capture, processing and administration of business information. Business Transcription of recorded meetings, events and conferences
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
