Job Details

1-Greets the VIP guests of the hotel. As directed by the Front office Manager, Performs special services for VIP Guests.2-Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights and as well as front office staff in proper and orderly appearance and behaviour.3-Checks on registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled on each cards and to be updated in PMS.4-Check the rate check report in each shift to reduce the allowance in the department.5-Capable enough In absence of D.M to take shift briefing.6-Able to handle guest complaint and same to be intimated to D.M or AFOM & FOM7-Co-ordinates with all departments concerned in order to maintain Front Office functions properly.8-Daily log book to be checked and signed ,if any important information is there that has to be highlited.9-Handles guest complaints and other related problems and information to be written log book or E-mail it to the concerned department.10-Maintain lobby decorom at all times and to look in to the other sub department like Leo assist,conciage,business center etc.11-Authorizes charges to be made for late departures and/or compliments on them.12-Answers guests inquires, handles complaints and attend to the needs of the guests.13-Promotes and maintains good public relations.14-Motivates and maintains good staff relations.15-To be responsible for front office operation during the absence of DM/AFOM/Front Office Manager .16-Conducts weekly meet in department and discusses problems that has been encountered by colleagues with Front Office Manager.
