Streamline the overall Administration function at Plants, R &D Center & Corporate Office.Standardize theAMC of all office equipments, Labor Contract Agreements, Service Agreements Security, Pantry, Transport, Guest House Maintenance, Laundry etc.Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate with MBAor LLBwith 10 to 12 years of experience, out of which 5 years experience in heading Corporate Administration function preferably in Chemical / Pharmaceutical manufacturing sectorEx- Army Officer not below the rank of Capt. Would be desirableKnowledge of Factory/Research Center AdministrationKnowledge of Industrial, Civil & Criminal LawsKnowledge of Facilities Management in new Plant/Office setupContact with Govt. bodies like Police, Labor Office, and MIDCetc.Knowledge of handling Contract LaborKnowledge of maintaining Discipline & disciplinary proceedingsFamiliar with working on MS Office, Excel, Power Point & Net SavvyKnowledge of conducting training for security staff, reception staff, housekeeping staff Conformance of all Statutory Compliance & Liaison wrt. Contract Labor, Security Guard Board, Police, Gram Panchayat, Factory License, Shops & Establishment License,MIDC etc.Lead the project management initiatives of the Firm for identifying new office space, vendor selection to execute office design and development, project execution, refurbishment and commissioning of the office in all respectsPlan, organize, direct and control the work activities of the team members in order to provide prompt and efficient services to internal customersResponsible for ensuring facilities management, including utility operation and maintenance, for all offices in the locationEfficiency & Upgrading of Communication Lines EPBAXSystems, Fax etc.Facilities Management including Housekeeping, Sanitation, Pest Control, Gardening & Lawn / Terrace Maintenance, Drinking Water, Security & Vigilance, Canteen, Transport, Stationary, Furniture & Fixtures, Uniforms & Aprons, Laundry, Access Control, Office Equipments incl. Fax , Projectors, Xerox Machines etc, Scrap Disposal, Fire Systems, First Aid Kits, Record Room, Courier & Dispatch, Company Cars etc.Control Admin Inventories & Maintain Asset Register.Upkeep of Reception Area, Conference Rooms, Training Rooms, Guest House & Visitors Management.Work closely with global mobility team to ensure smooth repatriation and migration of employees working on assignments within India and abroadProvide necessary support to employees of the Firm on policies related to car lease scheme etc by coordinating the same with select vendors
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
