Implement world-class quality concepts and continuous improvement techniquesProvide management / Strategic direction; think globally; take a broad view of the business and its opportunities. Develop long-term strategies for growth.Design, Draft and Implement Quality Standards, Programs and Systems and develop the process and Methodology forISO 9000 certification,COPC and Six Sigma.Roll out various certification initiatives (ISO/ COPCetc) create quality tools and participate in new project / proposal planning efforts from the standpoint of scoping out the quality management, assurance, and control needs for the project.Lead / manage a team of professionals driving Quality improvement initiatives within the company to achieve quality assurance operational objectives; meet quality assurance financial objectives; develop quality assurance plans; validate quality processes; maintain and improve process quality; prepare quality documentation and reports; enhance department and organization reputation.Organize Operational metrics review with CEOand relay sensitive information to appropriate parties; keeps clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs.Oversee number of black belts / green belts rolled out and interface on re-engineering initiatives. Mentor and drive black belt and green belt projects to drive continuous process improvement through the use of lean initiative and statistical analysisConduct Data Analysis to assess whether or not the quality objectives of the project, the customer, and the company are being satisfied using statistical / analytical tools and present recommendations to senior managementMaintain a high visibility within the organization and clients; Document track and report quality measures; Gain knowledge across domains and ensure best practices across geographies and domains.Audit selected development activities to ensure team conformance to cited proceduresExpect excellence from others and tolerate no less. Committed to comprehensive and in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of every work effort.Desired Candidate ProfileB.E / MBAwith 6 to 10 years of experience in Quality Improvement and Statistical and Analytical ToolsExposure to Financial / banking productsStrong oral & written communication skills to communicate with internal and external customersProject management and customer management skillsExposure to MS Projects desirableExposure to any statistical software e.g. Minitab, SPSSdesirableSix Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt desirable
