Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional; To build Markets B2B strategy aligned with total Markets Strategic Business Plan To ensure profitable B2B business growth To plan and manage the B2B business with preferred customers To ensure sell-in based on sell-out To monitor product flow to ensure the final product usagePersonnel; Set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports Develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job Manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines Ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports along all interfaces Controlling; To measure progress on own KPIs To report to all superiors To monitor all reports To monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions To provide realistic sales plan with ensuring profitability To ensure B2B Sales forces implement the latest Group B2B and Asset Branded Strategy To ensure customer compliance with agreements
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
