Responsible and Accountable for all technical development dotnet/sharepoint/XML/other technologiesResponsible and Accountable for final delivery of solutions in terms of developmentResponsible and accountable for post implementation support. Coordinates with business users and key individuals for receiving efficient support servicesResponsible and accountable for application design and management of external interfacesUnderstands business operations and workflows Responsible and accountable for all technical resources from vendors who are currently working in the organization.ResponsibilitiesAreas of Responsibility -To manage the application development and technical requirements from conceptual development to final delivery of solutions and post implementation services.Manage a number of developments within various technology areas involving third party vendors, wide number of users and IT teams/contractors from various locations.Responsible for implementations and post implementation support for a number of application systemsSupervises / conducts configuration, data conversion, application integration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.Providing technical/functional specifications after analysing the technology requirements. Coordinates with business users and key individuals for efficient support servicesImplement application enhancements and modifications as necessary to meet business needs.Gathers business requirements from various stake holders and formulates the same into a proper project plan for implementation.May require to act as a Business Analyst and understands requirements and provides functional/ technical specificationsWork with the direction of the Manager to ensure that all plans cover the whole lifecycle of the project and that all relevant teams/personnel have had an input in to the planTrack project issues, provide project status updatesProvide audit support for on-going business process audits.Comply to company standards and procedures , including IT control requirementsUndertake investigation exercises to resolve specific application issues, as and when required based on needs and also expertise gained from past project experiences. Will be responsible for providing support for efficient operation of any of the assigned applicationsWill be responsible to participate and contribute to system development projects or business surveys for system implementation projects or projects with huge operational implications. Create and gain approval for appropriate work plans for completion of assigned project.Will grow expertise on customer business processes and workflow in specific application project areas. Will be responsible for providing software change management services to the customers, covering but not limited to modelling change, communicating change, involving others in the change, generally being supportive of the customer and championing the changeAdditional InformationDesired skills -Software development and project delivery management skills.Experience in database programming such as MSSQL 2008 and 2012, 2014, 2016Experience in web technologies development platforms, SharePoint 2010, .NET, XML, IIS etcExperience using SQL development tools like SSIS, SSAS and SSRSCapable of providing necessary guidance to business professionals from time-to-time.Should have decision-making and problem-solving skills.Need to have good communication skills.Should able to manage multiple projects at a time.Exemplary communication skills, both written and oralDemonstrable presentation and influencing skillsEffective use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePointIn depth Business Analysis expertiseGood project management experience, including use of Microsoft ProjectBroad understanding of Systems compliance and Application framework.Ability to organize and administer on-going security tasks.Ability to plan and organize development work and recreate deliverables.Systems, data and process acumen and analytical ability.Good working knowledge of understanding of MS Visio or any such modelling toolAbility to influence across functions.Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
