Develop business development plans in consultation with MD / CEOIdentify suitable projects for civil construction with corporate clientsGenerate inquiries and identify leads for new projects with corporate clients- like data centre construction, corporate clients housing projects, malls construction, buidings and factories Lead the proposal development, offer negotiation, and contract finalization processTarget new areas of business and build new client relationships Create robust practices for Customer Relationship ManagementUtilize industry networks to generate market intelligence and prepare for new market opportunities Track status of client meetings, upcoming opportunities, and market information to generate reports on sales push initiatives.Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.Locates / proposes potential business by discovering and exploring opportunities.Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommendations to the management as per the analysis.Developing negotiating strategies and positioning by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts with the help of key estimator; integrating contract requirements with business operations.Over all responsibility for sales and business development of existing and new markets for getting construction project business from corporate clients.Developing & Responsible in handling all business development activities independently, analysing market trends and establishing healthy & prolonged business relations with clients, thereby ensuring higher market share.Responsible in driving product, process & customer service improvements while building partnerships with key business decision makers. An effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.Protecting organizations value by keeping information confidential
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
