ObjectiveIdentify & Develop Specifications/approval with Major industry influencers (Consultants, Architects, Developers)Execute the Key Account strategies and achieve account targets through account plansEffectively coordinate prospects with assigned accounts with Key account managers and sales force to ensure high conversion rates to business.Main TasksIdentify and attract new customers, pursue new prospects, interact with corresponding influencers and value-chain of the potential customers, leading to profitable future business.Take ownership of the account, including the development and execution of the account strategy, and ensure alignment with business unit key account strategy.Identify customer requirements and successfully offer solutions accordingly.Effective monitoring of specifications and handing over to Sales Representative and work in close coordination with Sales team for effective conversion of specification to sales.Develop and maintain strategic long-term business relationships with respective accounts (all decision-makers) to promote brand value.Continuously increase market intelligence, update customer and competitor data and apply the overall sales process aiming to meet or exceed targets and systematically report on them.Consistently and continuously exhibit safe behaviour at driving, project sites, offices and for self and othersRequirements1. Qualification Civil Engineering graduate OR Management Graduate in Marketing2. Experience 2 5 years in Business to Business Sales/Marketing of Building Materials.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
