Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with internal customers to roll out all key people processes- performance management, compensation, benefits, employee engagement initiatives, development programs, on boarding, etc.Manage the performance management processes such that managers are coached to drive a high-performance cultureProactively identify people issues and trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutionsProvide guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR, help them drive effective career conversations & develop their teamsMaintain strong employee relations to stay abreast of concerns and address grievances/ personnel issuesIdentify training needs for business units and coaching needs as wellDesired Candidate5 to 6 years of prior experience in a BP-HR role in a fast paced environment and possesses a business acumen. Experience in L&D will be a plusDemonstrated proficiency in partnering with key stakeholders in senior positions in the definition and execution of people initiatives focused on business prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organizationSuperior project management skills and ability to drive programs independentlyStrong analytical thinking and ability to analyze trends and propose recommendationsExcellent written and oral communication & interpersonal skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
