Assistant Manager - Channel PartnerThere is the urgent opening for Assistant Manager Channel Partner for Pune Location.Exp 0 - 3 yrsIndustry Real EstateSummaryThis position is a field job and is responsible for assigning distributor, Institutional partner from real estate, finance sector and various other sector. This means that the incumbent has to appoint channel partners and by providing them the needful information and trainingon the project, site etc. The incumbent will represent the face of the company while dealing with prospective distributors/ Channel partners and is responsible for managing overall pre-sales, sales activities through them at regional / national levels . The incumbent is responsible to generate leads for the respective projects through channel partner, nurture Company s relationship with themand activate them with the first saleThe incumbent will be reporting to the Assistant Manager Channel Partner Job responsibilities- To develop new distributors & maintain channel partner relations through contacts in the market&established dealers / distributors network; to develop & support the channel networks will be the responsibility To be responsible for channel partner support, To operate on a multi-location basis to make significant contribution to the company's sales revenue Responsible to handle all issues related to implementation &CP support To do other activities as assigned from time to time in the interest of the organization To be part of thorough professional promotional events to ascertain potential customers Identifying the right CP, presenting the projects to generate sales Create network with brokers to map investors, HNIs, NRIs, Corporate, ultra rich & Celebrities through sales team to generate leads and get sales Language Known English, Marathi, HindiDesired Candidate Profile 0-3 years experience in Real-estate industry, Finance industry or hospitality industry Graduates and/or MBAs Proficient in promoting Company at various Corporate and Community events Effectively and efficiently redressing queries of customers Strong communication skills in both verbal and written Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience leading and motivating a team and driving results Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact- finding to identify sales opportunities.
