Job Details

One point of contact for Dubai for all the activities handled at FSSC. Responsible for all day to day activities happening for Dubai.Assist Dubai Finance Manager in achieving all the objectives & Financial KPIs pertaining to GLAccounting, AP, AR & Reporting.Co-ordinate between various teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables. Provide subject matter and process guidance and support to all staff in the area.Ensure agreed Processes are followed timely and KPIs are achieved. Track completion of all the agreed activities and be responsible for overall execution. Escalate to Entity in case of deviations.Ensure timely and accurate Monthly Financial Reporting.Should be able to get complete understanding of financial systems, Review and recommend modifications / enhancements to the internal policies and procedures for continuous improvement.Review, Validate & Ensure all records are maintained and easily accessible.Assists Finance Manager on analysing financial statements and reports; review and understand budgetary variances; explore and build business reasons for variances against budgets; or any other requirements.Recommend more tasks to be migrated to FSSC.Follow-up till all the tasks are completed as per the requirements.Negotiation, Presentation and Interpersonal skills Team-oriented & team handling skillsAdvance MS user Able to demonstrateThe ability to work well under pressure Effective communication with large groups and in a multicultural environmentAddressing issues and escalations proactively Efficiency, accountability and ownershipSelf-drive and motivation Co-ordination & Conflict resolutionStrong leadership qualities and ability to lead and motivate a Team Creative and innovative ideas andto think outside the box Sound ethical values
