Job DescriptionKey Area Responsibilities1. Responsible for entire gamut of Accounting, Costing and Finance. 2. Prepare Annual Budget and forecasting trends for business units and organizational level. 3. Coordinating the preparation of Financial Statements / Reports, Balance Sheet as required by internal and global teams. 4. Responsible for Payroll processing, Accounts reconciliations, Vendor management and negotiations. 5. Preparation of Reports as per Indian GAAP and US GAAP. 6. Finalization of monthly / quarterly / year end accounts. 7. Month end close activity which involves analysis of expense trend, variance analysis, accruals on timely manner. 8. Managing internal audits, statutory audit and compliances with Auditors and timely closures. 9. Perform/assisting for company secretarial functions for ensuring timely board meetings, filings and related statutory compliance thereof. 10. Handle Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation and responsible for related assessments. 11. Liaise with company bankers, insurers, tax consultants, auditors, government bodies, in relation to operational requirement of the company. 12. Assist Operations team in the Monthly Operations Review, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvement. 13. Training and development of accounts personnel, including training on relevant professional issues and internal company procedures relating to finance and accounts, purchasing and administration. 14. Perform all other duties as assigned and required for similar role in industry. Desired Background1. Experience in working with manufacturing units 2. Transfer Pricing and intercompany transactions experience 3. Exposure to local sales/distribution/Manufacturing setups is an added advantage Required Skills 1. Basic working knowledge on Hyperion/ERP Software and Tally / ERP/ Similar software. 2. Strong skills in Problem solving and decision making. 3. Strong in forming and implementation of Policies and Processes. 4. Strong Negotiation skills with vendors and government agencies. 5. Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects. 6. Good business communication (written/verbal). 7. Team player, flexibility in adapting to quickly changing business & task/project priorities
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant)

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
