Good knowledge of Indian Accounting StandardsPrepare Annual Budgets for effective management of the organization.Prepare various analysis reports based on variance analysis.Capability to finalizing accounts of holding company; and consolidation of subsidiaries accounts; finalize audits with Big 4 audit firms.Proven abilities in establishing, designing and enhancing financial processes and systems, reviewing complex financial data to facilitate financial growth of the organisationResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly revenue and cost forecastPrepare monthly Gross Margin Reports as well as Income Statement per project, country and regionReview expense reports and purchase requisitions to ensure correct coding and allocationsPerform necessary financial analysis to verify that all corporate allocations, accruals and revenue/cost posting is correct Invoices and PaymentsFinalization of AccountsCorporate complianceAnalysing Company financial statement including KPI analysisProduce assignment budgets and timetables, and manage delivery against them\Formulating business Plans, budgets and establishing alerts within the system for major variances and corrective action.Contribute towards finalization of accounts and closure of booksReview of Accounting Policies, Notes & Other disclosuresPreparation of Balance Sheet & submission of management reportsPreparation of Annual Operating Plans, Bank CMA dataE-Filing of TDS returns, Producing and analyzing annual and monthly accounts.Handling of Service Tax Scrutiny matter and Income Tax Scrutiny matter independently, Managing expenditure, credit, payroll and investments.Handling statutory audits with Big 4 firms; evaluating internal control systems/ procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.Reviewing, implementing and adapting new and existing financial systems and controls. Advising managers on financial policy and control, such as the costs and benefits of a particular project..Prepare consolidation and manage budget for the year upon getting relevant approval.Development, Preparation and review of various MIS reports to meet the organisations need.Have good knowledge of financial analysisQualification CA QualifiedShould have excellent verbal and written communication.Should be aggressive, have urge for learning and interest towards various roles.
