2. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Guest Relations / Sales Executive (Manager) in a luxury Hotel, Travel Agency, Client Management in an advertising agency or Airline services 3. Confident and Self motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills and a complete command over the English language 4. Willing to work in evening shifts and on Sundays, with one weekly offs between Monday and Thursday JOB PROFILE 1. Have regular meetings with the Hotel Management Team to ensure cross sharing of feedback, performance report sharing and discussion, planning promotional calendar, receivables management and being available to the Hotel team for any member related issued. 2. Welcome and meet Walk- In Guests and Members during meal times at the restaurants and resolve any queries plus generate leads for new Memberships. Explore opportunities for presence at Hotel Banquet events with a Program Help Desk to generate memberships 3. Coordinate with the Hotel Teams to facilitate training and handling queries relating to any Members. Responsible for ensuring that new Customers are satisfied and all loops is closed in a satisfactory and timely manner. 4. Generate leads for the tele calling team from the reservation log books, business card drops, flyer drops etc. Ensure Program Flyers are presented with each cheque, and Membership Packs and Posters are displayed at a prominent location 5. Manage the Member Help Desk where relevant. 6. Engage in Direct Sales Activity during non busy hotel hours to generate Leads and New Memberships. Manage and drive all Program Kiosk / Desk at any event inside or outside the Hotel. 7. Do market mapping of nearby areas Five KM radius for commercial and upscale residential opportunities to make members. Explore marketing opportunities through RWA s, Commercial Building Associations and Corporates of the target group 8. Coordinate with the Off Site Program Manager and report all daily activity to him / her.
