Responsible for aligning the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), departmental development, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organisational development.Ensure coordination & implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.Ensure the people-perspective is represented in business decisions so implications are understood and the workforce is proactively managed.Development of HR Policies and its documentation.Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements. Build ongoing relationship with business leaders and participate as required with management * teams in supporting strategy, evaluating future business plans and determining HR needs and priorities.Manpower planning which includes evolving new organisation structure and identification of vacancies Recruitment and staffing logistics.Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters.Grievance Handling and Employee Relations. Investigating and resolving employee related issues.Develop / execute in-country engagement and retention strategies.Work with union representative to resolve labor relation issues.Support a high performance culture to maximum individual and team effectiveness.Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting particularly with respect to ESI/ PF authorities, Government Labour Officer, Factory Inspector, etc.Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.Take responsibility for identifying own and team s training and developmental needs on an on-going basis.Desired Candidate ProfileMBAHR with 4 to 6 years of post qualification experience in Human ResourceMust have thorough knowledge in HR gamut viz. pre & post recruitment activities, MP planning, induction programs, T&D, C&B, performance appraisal, pay roll management, statutory compliance, handling of IR & ER issues, etc Experiences with heavy emphasis on employee relations and strong working knowledge of employment and labour laws requiredSolid expertise in HR functional areas including performance management, staffing, training, compensation and benefits Able to think strategically and translate business goal to HR operationsAble to work in a matrix organization effectively, able to promote ideas and influence people effectivelyAbility to effectively communicate with and influence all levels of the organization to drive change Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment.Good communication, organization, coaching, interpersonal and influencing skills.Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
