Driving corporate group business through the network of intermediaries (brokers & agents)in the designated territory and completion. of a located business objective within theorganizational strategic framework.Key responsibilities (describe the key deliverables of the role) Achieve targeted Sales Activate intermediaries in the designated territory Relationship Management with all the intermediaries & key personnel of the clients Market research and portfolio buildup for the corporate group businesses in the designated territory. Maintain a repository of business pipeline in the designated territory with complete information. Ensuring that the pipeline of RFQ from the intermediaries Assist the regional in-charge in achieving the business objective of the territory Take up challenges as may be assigned from time to time by the regional sales in-charge Work towards client satisfaction by working in close coordination with CRM and other Internal Teams. The job-holder will strive to deliver on these responsibilities Through an active demonstration of the company values in behavior and attitude By building supportive relationships With .his peers and colleagues . By continually up-grading domain knowledge. By inspiring others to be motivated for success.Qualifications Essential Any university graduate Desirable Post Graduate. / qualification in management Skills & work experience (describe the skills and experience considered essential to do thejob) 5+ years of sales experience in Insurance (group business) Proven ability to execute business targets . Track record of delivering stretching business goals in a challenging business environment .. . Knowledge of intermediaries & their operational capabilities at the local level.
