The personnel will report to the Team Lead Inside Sales, and will be primarily responsible with Lead Generation, Account Management and Inside Sales activities. She will be the first point of contact for online and offline leads, and will initiate contact with them via phone and Email. After sending an initial mail, she will be responsible for delegating and assigning leads to worldwide sales personnel and partners. In addition, she will also initiate contact with partners and follow-up and coordinate sales of peripheral products.The personnel will be part of the Inside sales team, but will work individually, hence must be ready to innovate, and have inclination to take initiatives for improving processes and sales.Growth path shall be predominantly in Business and Market Development. KRA's1st contact with prospect & Cold CallingAssigning leads to sales management, as well as field salesCoordinating Meetings with clients and prospectsGenerating B2B leads for India, and rest of the worldPartner (peripheral products) Sales ManagementPartner development and management and new channel developmentDrafting RFIs and ProposalsPreparing reports from CRM data on Performance and sales-related figuresCommunicating critical information to clients including, but not limited to AMC status, payments, feedbackCustomer Service to a basic extentSearching the database through different web portals, filtering the data according to different verticals SkillsSkills requiredThe concerned person must have good communications skills, and should be able to present information in a meaningful manner to the management.She must be well-versed with Excel, and other Microsoft tools.Good knowledge of BPO and/or software industry is a desirable.Preference of Professional backgroundBPO / ITES / CRM experience, specifically Operations (TL, AM)IT-Software / Software Services / Sales experience
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
