Job Details

1.Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.2.Ensure to educate users on issues such as security, virus prevention and password protection.3.Train the user department on the usage of PC's, terminals, printers, other peripherals and also to any other program applications installed.4.Ensure to maintain contacts with all user departments, hardware vendors and other representatives pertaining to Systems.5.To act as a front-line interface to the internal & external users by resolving queries or complaints in a timely & efficient manner.6.Ensure that all software licensing laws are adhered to.7.Ensure the smooth running of all systems, including anti-virus software, print services and e-mail provision.8.To install computer systems, ensure that backup systems operate effectively, buy hardware and software, provide the technology infrastructures for the organization, and contribute to organizational policy with regard to quality standards.9.To ensure that the hotels computer system both hardware and software is fully accounted for, properly maintained and reliable10.To draw procedures to ensure that any problems encountered in software and hardware are addressed immediately REQUIREMENTSAppear confident, well groomed and dressed in a smart casual manner Personality warm, welcoming, smiling and pleasantAct with integrity Communicate effectivelyGood Administration skills Hands-on approach to all operational aspectsGood Communication Skills InitiativeSelf-motivated Coaching SkillsGood computer skills
