This role is responsible to drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned Wholesales eCom customer(-s) while respecting the image of the adidas Group brandsKey ResponsibilitiesFunctional;To represent the assigned account(-s) internally as an ambassador toward all functions and vice versa and manage all interfacesTo ensure understanding of the assigned accounts and categories and documentation by Account Fact BookTo ensure development of the account strategies, formalization by Strategic Account Plans and get sign off by the direct superiorTo Sell-in and agree on sell-out support and ensure formalization by Account Marketing PlansTo monitor sell-out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost efficient supply for the accountTo support enforcement of adidas Group Trade Terms PolicyTo support account(-s) to comply the latest adidas Group Wholesale ePolicy and to continuously improve online shopping environment for end consumersPersonnel;NAControlling;To measure progress on own KPIsTo report to all superiorsKPIsMarket share within assigned Wholesale eCom customer(-s)Budget complianceDSO of assigned Wholesale eCom customer(-s)Implementation of Wholesale ePolicyAuthoritiesTBCProfessional backgroundFunctional > 2 years Sales, partly as KAM or in Online retailIndustry ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCGLeadership NAExposure Sports, Marketing, account marketingEducational BackgroundUniversity degree in business with marketing and sales focusTo monitor all reportsTo monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers performancesTo ensure customer compliance with agreements
