Job Description1. Working on Key account of Nurturing the identified list of education clientsb) Monitoring the delivery and ensure campaign delivery.c) Delivery analysis and data dissection.The incumbent will work and be responsible for the management of sales, and relationships with particular customers. - Detailed campaign management and reporting on a periodic basis, both internally and externally to ensure delivery.- The person will be responsible to create long term relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients.- The role will be required to understand the customer needs, plan towards meeting those needs, and generate sales as a result.- Establishes productive, professional multi-level relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. - Ensure strong relationship management with key corporates and deployment of targeted initiatives for a healthy business growth.- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target.- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling- Manage and resolve issues or any conflicts with clients related to business relationship- Establish budgets with the client and company & work towards meeting the time deadlines for accounts- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.- Identify key accounts to strategically secure profitable business and implement systems & process for monitoring business in sales funnel.- Analyse the market potential and work towards generating the opportunities for B2B selling.Desired ProfileMBA with 2 - 5yrs of relevant sales experience.B2B Sales experience, preferably in handling high revenue accounts.Good relationship management skills.Key account handling experience is preferredAbility to interact with senior people and influence decision makers.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
