The incumbent will work and be responsible for the management of sales, and relationships with particular customers.- Detailed campaign management and reporting on a periodic basis, both internally and externally to ensure delivery.- The person will be responsible to create long term relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients. - The role will be required to understand the customer needs, plan towards meeting those needs, and generate sales as a result.- Establishes productive, professional multi-level relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.- Ensure strong relationship management with key corporates and deployment of targeted initiatives for a healthy business growth.- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target.- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling - Manage and resolve issues or any conflicts with clients related to business relationship- Establish budgets with the client and company & work towards meeting the time deadlines for accounts- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.- Identify key accounts to strategically secure profitable business and implement systems & process for monitoring business in sales funnel.- Analyse the market potential and work towards generating the opportunities for B2B selling.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
