Job Details

Managing the Entire Business Development activities for colleges and coaching classes for the park for the specified Region. Reporting Relationship Will be reporting directly to Deputy General Manager Education Business. Job Responsibilities Responsible for Footfalls and revenue of the park for the desired segment. To achieve the College sales and revenue targets. To connect with colleges and build strong relationship with key decision makers. To interact with college general secretaries for various festivals and college visitations under industrial visits. To supervise on ground campaigns in Colleges/Coaching Institutes for demand activation. To build and maintain strong client relationship with channel partners and their key target audiences / prospects. To direct / support partners and improve the business. Preparation of Proper DSR and recording them, preparing periodic targets and performance report. Qualification Must at least be a Graduate and Diploma in Mgmt. Knowledge Colleges in Mumbai and knowing the key influencers Skills Presentation skills Communication skills Interpersonal skills Attributes Market aware Commands respect of channel and partners Represent Adlabs professionally Reliable Able to balance between channel s and Companys interest Able to work under pressure
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
