Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and manage a pipeline of candidatesSource and hire talent across functionsStrategically utilize job boards, networks, forums, blogs and research methods to source passive candidatesOwn and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality/maximum traction for hiring at all timesCreate innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns around finding top talentBuild a world-class team through your dedication to the candidate hiring experienceWhat we require3-4 years direct sourcing experience with an ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions at different levels of the organizationFlexible and ability to work on technical and non-technical rolesSuccessful track record of performing against quotas, deadlines, and meeting recruiting goalsStrong interpersonal skills and extensive experience conducting interviewsSelf starter with ability to work in a face-paced environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA
