2. Individuals who have the skill sets of a Manager and can be groomed to take over the role of running independent Membership centers within 12 to 18 months. 3. Must have at least three years of experience in outbound calling and managing a small team of outbound callers 4. Should be quality focused and target oriented 5. Strategic thinking and ability to plan 6. Well groomed with pleasing personality 7. Should have good oral and written English language skills JOB PROFILE 1. The person may work in a call centre operation of 50 persons reporting into a Manager or handle independently a small call centre operation of about 15 persons
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
