Job Details

Create monthly, weekly and daily HR dashboard and provide Analytical insights from various databases using Micro Strategy.Should be able to work closely with senior management for requirement gathering. Analyze data to ensure accuracy of reports.Validate reports against logic, troubleshoot reports for wrong/missing data. Query source databases to understand data exceptions.Lead requirement gathering meetings with business owners and subject matter experts Work independently on projects and other assignmentsWork with Administrator/Architecture team for enhancement. Assist less experienced team members in finding solutions and troubleshooting.Take full responsibility of a development from start to finish. Ensure overall project timelines are met, by proactively identifying issues and solutions and providing useful suggestionsFlexible in working hours (willing to work late hours on need basis)Qualifications Bachelor s degree is required for this position. Prior experience on HR domain will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate must also be an effective communicator and problem solver. Minimum 4 years of (developer) experience with Microstrategy Solid understanding of SQL, Oracle, and relational databases.
