Develop and execute ATL campaigns as per business/promotions calendarDevelop campaign creative, in line with brand/business requirements, and media brief for management approval and agency briefingLiaise with the category teams for inputs for the campaignsReview and manage the agencys campaign development processPresent campaign idea and creative for management approvalInternal sign-offs on campaign creative and offersCommunicate campaign plans to internal teams Develop and execute BTL campaigns to support ATL campaigns and storesStore-wise BTL activities to support ATL campaigns and store-specific needsIdentification and timely roll-out of all BTL elements catalogs, leaflets, mall branding, etcImprove ambient visibility of the brand and promotions near the storesCo-ordinate with local teams and storesNew store launchNew store launch marketing planning Catchment mappingActivations prior to and post launchATL communicationTracking, measuring and reporting effectivenessCreate processes and controls to track quality of execution and effectiveness of campaign elements
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
