Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Responsible for portfolio performance of the location and sourcing done by team Responsible for Sales and Distribution management of multiple online products sales like Salaried Loans, Business Loans, Loans Against Securities & Home Loans Generate Business Avenues from SME s based out of respective locations and achieve self-sourcing targets Ensuring that the individual/team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, pitching, documentation and sales closure on daily basis. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective fulfillment of leads and prospects. Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM Shall drive the technology implementations required on field like mobility, banking integration successfully Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. Responsible for the performance and development of Field Executives & Recruiting and Retaining high performers. Create unique customer experience by disbursing the loan in the fastest manner and achieving the field file pick up TAT targets & end to end TAT Get and achieve positive customer feedback on the entire loan fulfillment experience. Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations. To cross-sell insurance (Life & Health) to customer during pick-up & generate 3% of insurance penetration during fulfillment process for the location. Maintains the accurate records & real time updates on the sales activity in CRM. Basic qualifications Graduates/Post graduates with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience At least 3 years of Business Loans, Loans Against Shares dealing with SMEs & HNI s in the overall
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
