We have an immediate job opening in Sales of Solar and LED Products B2C and B2B for Branches to be based in PUNEFUNCTION - SalesDESIGNATION - Assistant ManagerLOCATION - PUNEEXPERIENCE - 2 to 5 Years of experience , minimum 2 Years in sales of Product.QUALIFICATION - Bachelors DegreeSALARY- 2 LAC- 4 LAC CTC RESPONSIBILITIES -o Generate and manage sales leads through authorized channel partnerso Regional responsibility for dealer development in identified stateso Track govt. and state level solar policies; develop strategies to target potential investors/customerso Key account managemento Develop techno-commercial proposals in co-ordination with technical team, as per customer requirements or tender specificationso Understanding of various solar business models in Indiao Manage sales agents, plan region specific sales activities based on the targetso Participate in conferences, sales expositions, marketing seminars etc.o Gather market intelligence, regular reporting of developmentso Generate and provide regular sales reports to managero Represent solar business as and when required, for e.g., client meetings, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, government meetings etc.o Responsible for collection of receivables for sales made and also secure credit security as per internal guidelinesRequirements - Essentialo Moderate sales experience B2B or B2C in solar industry or in any product industry like Battery/Cables/Lightning/Electricals etc., with potential for regional managemento Experience in handling key accountso Strong communication, influencing & negotiation skillso High level of dedication and flexibility with the ability to work as an integral part of a team yet autonomously when requiredo Good understanding of solar products and heating requirements of customers is mandatoryo Basic knowledge of solar systems, water heating mechanisms, solar thermal technology, standard solar PV productso Broad knowledge and experience in problem solvingo Ability to travel interstate regularlyo Ability to speak Hindi , Marathi or Gujarati and English fluently
